The Glyn Valley Tramway Trust is a registered charity working towards the recreation of this quaint little tramway in Chirk and the Ceiriog Valley.

Part of the historic Glyn Valley Tramway - dubbed the 'Little bit of Heaven Railway' is being restored by volunteers from the Trust who want to recreate the tramway as it would have been in its heyday.

Chirk 'the Gateway to Wales' is a pretty little town situated on the edge of the County of Wrexham, and at the start of the beautiful Ceiriog Valley. Now the focus of the Trust's endeavours to recreate the tramway, Chirk is set to see steam trains running once again through its picturesque scenery.
